Copyright.
Copyright to a scientific work arises in its author from the moment of creation and does not require additional registration. Submission of a manuscript to the journal means that:
– the work is original;
– all co-authors have agreed to the submission and publication of the work.
Authors retain moral rights (right of authorship, right to a name, right to integrity of the work) and economic rights. The copyright policy applies to all materials published in the journal, regardless of their type.
Licensing Terms.
All scientific works are published in the journal under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution license (CC BY 4.0 International), which allows copying, remixing, transforming, distributing in any form or format, and building upon the material for any purpose, including commercial use, provided that proper attribution is given and any changes are indicated. The licensing policy applies to all materials published in the journal, regardless of their type.
Author Rights:
– use their materials in their own further research;
– deposit electronic copies of the scientific work (preprint, accepted version, or final published version from the journal website) in open institutional repositories, non-commercial open access resources (e.g., arXiv.org), personal websites, academic social networks, etc.;
– disseminate and promote the publication through personal or institutional resources;
– use the materials for other educational and scientific purposes.
No embargo periods apply.
Publisher’s Rights and Responsibilities:
Authors grant the journal a non-exclusive right to:
– publish and distribute the scientific work;
– assign a DOI;
– index and archive the material;
– perform technical processing and formatting of materials.
The journal ensures:
– open access to the scientific work;
– long-term preservation of publications;
– dissemination of materials through scientific databases.
Reuse and Reprinting.
Any reuse of materials is permitted in accordance with the terms of the CC BY 4.0 International license. This includes reprinting of scientific works, use of text fragments, and use of tables, charts, and illustrations. In all cases, it is required to:
– indicate the authors;
– specify the source of publication;
– provide a link to the license;

Responsibility for Content.
Authors bear full responsibility for the content of the publication, the accuracy of the data, and compliance with third-party copyright. In case of use of copyrighted materials, authors must obtain appropriate permissions.
Use of Journal Materials by Third Parties.
Third parties may use the journal’s materials in accordance with the terms of the CC BY 4.0 International license without the need to obtain additional permission.
Protection of Copyright.
In case of copyright infringement, the editorial board may:
– refuse publication or retract the article;
– notify relevant institutions;
– act in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine on copyright protection.
